Our Operation

Welcome and thank you for your interest in our services!  Northern Path MeatWorks offers mobile/on-farm custom processing services for cows, pigs, sheep/goat, and poultry.  We fall under the category of a ‘custom exempt' slaughter operation, which means that we perform the services of slaughter and butchery of an animal for the exclusive use by the owner and members of his/her household.  Consequently, the product of our services cannot be sold (to sell your meat product to the public, you must by law have your animal processed by a USDA-licensed facility, of which we are not).
