Mobile Truck in 2022!

After spending all winter fabricating our mobile processing truck, we are happy to report that it is complete and ready to put to use! A fully self-contained unit to include on-board water and inverter-supplied electricity allows us to go practically anywhere to meet our customer's needs. Yesterday we processed two pigs for Berkshire Farms in Waterloo and delivered to Tab's Meats in Gregory for processing.
